We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is charged once per parcel by its total weight — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay (this item's cost is shown under the buy button). Orders leave the warehouse within 1–5 business days (usually 1–3). Items marked Ships from US go to US addresses only and usually arrive in 4–10 business days; all other items ship from our partner's warehouse in China and usually arrive in 6–12 business days in the US and 7–15 business days in Canada. Refund guarantee

We don't take items back, so you never have to ship anything to us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us within 3 days of delivery (7 days for electronics) with your order number and clear photos or a video — we'll refund you or send a replacement.
