How your order ships
Pet Wants is a dropshipping store: we don't keep products in our own warehouse. When you place an order, we order your items from our supplier partner, CJ Dropshipping, and they pack and ship them directly to you with tracking. How our store works.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada only. Products shipped from our partner's US warehouse (marked “Ships from US”) can be delivered to US addresses only.
Shipping cost
Our product prices do not include shipping. Shipping is charged once per order, based on the total weight of the parcel, at our carrier's real rate. You see the exact cost at checkout before you pay, and each product page shows an estimate.

Because the charge is per parcel, adding a light item to an order you are already placing usually adds only about $1 per 100 g.

Processing time
Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partner (CJ Dropshipping) in 1–5 business days, usually 1–3. You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time (after processing, tracked)
- United States, from the US warehouse: about 3–7 days in transit — usually 4–10 business days in total.
- United States, from the China warehouse (tracked line): about 5–12 days in transit — usually 6–12 business days in total.
- Canada, from the China warehouse (tracked line): about 8–12 days in transit — usually 7–15 business days in total.
These are typical times quoted by the carriers, not guarantees. Orders containing items from different warehouses arrive in separate parcels.
Customs and import charges
US: our US shipping lines handle customs clearance, so you normally pay nothing on delivery. Canada: parcels are sent without prepaid duties; in the uncommon case that Canadian customs charges tax or duty on delivery, it is paid by the buyer.
Your address
Please enter a complete address with house/apartment number and ZIP/postal code. We can change an address only before the order goes into processing. Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect address cannot be refunded.
Late or missing parcels
If tracking shows no delivery 45 days after you paid (US) or 60 days after you paid (Canada), email us and we will resend or refund the order. See our Refund Policy.
