1. Overview

This website (petwants.net) is operated by KHIVA TYRES AND BATTERY, trading as Pet Wants ("we", "us"), Tojipolvon 11, Tashkent 100000, Uzbekistan. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Where we sell

We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United States or Canada. Some products (marked “Ships from US”) can be delivered to US addresses only.

3. Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can; colours may vary slightly between screens. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Product prices do not include shipping: shipping is calculated by parcel weight and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change, but the total shown at checkout when you order is the price you pay.

4. Stock

Stock levels shown on the site come from our fulfillment partner's warehouses. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll tell you and refund it in full.

5. Orders

You'll receive a confirmation email after ordering. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item becoming unavailable); if so, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Shipping

Orders are processed in 1–5 business days (usually 1–3) and shipped with tracking. Delivery estimates, rates and customs information are in our Shipping Policy. Please enter a complete, correct address — orders returned or lost because of an incorrect address cannot be refunded.

8. No returns — refunds instead

We don't accept returned items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, has a missing part, or doesn't arrive, we refund or replace as set out in our Refund Policy, including its reporting deadlines. You may cancel for a full refund until your order goes into processing.

9. Pet safety

Products are intended for use with pets under adult supervision. Follow the sizing and safety notes on each product page, check items regularly for wear and stop using anything that becomes damaged. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
