How Our Store Works
Pet Wants is a dropshipping store. We want you to know exactly how your order reaches you.
We don't keep products in our own warehouse
We don't hold any stock ourselves. Every product you see here is stocked by our supplier partner. When you place an order, we order it from the supplier for you, and the supplier packs it and ships it straight to your door.
What happens after you order
- You order and pay on petwants.net, with the shipping cost shown before you pay.
- We place your order with our supplier, usually within 1–3 business days (5 at most).
- The supplier ships it to you with tracking. Most items ship from the supplier's warehouse in China; items marked “Ships from the US” ship from the supplier's US warehouse (US addresses only).
- You receive it: about 6–12 business days to the US and 7–15 to Canada from China, or about 4–10 business days from the US warehouse.
What this means for you
- Stock numbers on our product pages are the supplier's stock. If an item sells out after you order, we tell you and refund you in full.
- One parcel per order in most cases; if items come from different warehouses, they can arrive separately.
- Packaging is the supplier's plain shipping packaging.
- No returns needed: if an item arrives damaged, wrong or doesn't arrive, we refund or replace it. See our Refund Policy.
