Orders leave the warehouse within 1–5 business days (usually 1–3). Items marked Ships from US go to US addresses only and usually arrive in 4–10 business days; all other items ship from our partner's warehouse in China and usually arrive in 6–12 business days in the US and 7–15 business days in Canada. Refund guarantee

We don't take items back, so you never have to ship anything to us.
